Dr. Alapati P. Thomas, MD

"Dr Alapatt Thomas was retired atleast 5 years ago from this facility as per the staff and they still display his name and gives the appointment through zocdoc app. Not sure why they doing it. Never take appointment for him even though it shows he is available. I had appointment for Dr Thomas on March 21 2019 and was not able to see him."

"***BEWARE*** This is no longer Dr Thomas's office he retired during covid a new unprofessional Dr. Fadi El-Atat took over his patients and never told anyone. I went to the office and was met with such rude behavior while his child was running around and they left me in the room to have a pizza party. I left without being seen and never went back. I would give this a zero. I wouldn't put my life in these people's hands."

"My Husband and I had an appointment 2 weeks ago. We were patients at this practice for over 30 years. No one told us that Dr. Thomas left or retired. They just called us to make an appointment. This new doctor, Dr. Fadi El-Atat is very rude, loud and disrespectful with no bed side manners. During our appointment he loudly yelled at an African American patient telling her to get out!!. Then, he came in our room and became upset because I DISAGREED with him about prescribing my husband cholesterol medicine and yelled at me furiously continuously telling me to get out!! My husband ordered him to stop disrespecting me and we both left. I have NEVER been sooooo disrespected and spoken to like I was NOTHING in my life. I am a Mid-age woman and I am not trash. It seem that this doctor has no respect for African American People and 95% of his patients are African American. He does no have any African American people working for him and claims he like black's. I would give NO stars to this doctor if I can. It's sad that we were treated so disrespectfully by the physician we trust to provide the best care. I am in the process of getting another Doctor for my family. Thumbs all the way DOWN for Dr. Fadi El-Atat !!!!!!!!"

"Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time so I asked how much longer because I had to get back to work. I was there just to get lab results for my Dad. She told me “ I had just gotten there”. Really? I see them having attitude with the patients. They are not organized. Last time I was there for myself to get a physical, I waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes to be called. Their rooms are not cleaned. Eduardo and the other Lady doctor are nice. Dr Thomas is “ok”. Im not coming back there for myself and I’m just waiting for my Dad to finish with his procedures and we will be finding another primary doctor. As for the 2 in the front? They need to be more professional and have clients and office manners."
