"Very bad treatment. They are not releasing my medical report unless I pay them extra ..scammers .. initially before booking the appointment they mentioned that the whole visit is covered and they charged my insurance. After I gave my medical samples they told me to pay $80 to get my report by email."

"This place is still dirty from the day prior, popcorn on the floor, soft drink with liquid sitting on the table , no paper towels to wipe your hands, no trash liners in the basket… you might as well go to a vet, they don’t treat you human. Also, it’s impossible to get results unless you go back to the same filthy faculty . If you are not sick , you will be when you leave , patients not wearing mask although there is a sign requiring mask . I’m never going back ,,,"

"*** DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PARENTS THERE ALONE *** I work for a MDC, we sent our client there for his appointment, upon his appointment finishing they called the office for us to pick him up. The transportation service he had hadn't picked him up by the time the office closed so he was simply put out to wait by himself. This client has Alzheimer's and Dementia had he left his waiting spot, God knows where he would have been."

"It was the best primary care in the Newark office.. then Belleville office also. Dr Kumar was the Best..the good staff is gone and the good practitioners.. he has a new doctor which was in bellville also is in the Maplewood office she is not good(by that I mean not experienced doesn't give refills over the phone (which my mom needed)dosent call with results sees you fast not passionate about her work and the staff now is horrible they treat you with no respect on phone are rude too.. my whole family was there we all left to a new Dr..Dr Kumar needs to see how many patients he lost with this new Doctor."

"The providers and staff are good and polite most of the time. However, the staff needs needs more organization and training in communicating properly with patients. They seem to simply not care if patients get their prescriptions, test results or any other follow up matter with other providers or insurance needs. Been waiting for over a month to get an insurance authorization and still nothing!! I only know it was denied because I personally called the insurance company myself. They simply just dont care and its unacceptable in health care profession!!"
