"This doctor’s office is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve tried contacting them six times since yesterday with no answer, which is beyond frustrating. The quality of service is absolutely awful. Even when I manage to schedule an appointment, I still end up waiting 1-2 hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time is astounding. I’m officially done with this place and will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the time, stress, or hassle."

"I have used this Dr twice now, first time the booked the apt for the wrong day. Second time (which is while I’m typing this) I had a 2pm apt to be told the Dr will not arrive u til 2:30pn and it is now gone 3pm and I’ve still not been seen! "Dr Shaik Abubakar was so kind and so was the staff. I made an appointment last minute but was seen with no issues or wait. Conveniently located near pharmacies too. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Demyelinating Disease so I see a few doctors throughout the year and forget my PCP trying to take care of everything else but I'm happy I picked this office for my primary care. To suffer from health issues at a young age you know when you are in a good health office or not."

"A pretty terrifying experience TBH. I saw this doc twice in November 2022 with a lump in my neck. I was very grateful for the immediate appointments, but both times I had to wait over 2 hours for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes. After sending me for a scan and bloodwork, he told me he thought it was (most) likely cancer, and that there wasn't anyone more specialized I could see at this stage. He said that I should find a general surgeon for a biopsy and come back to him for the results. I found an ear, nose and throat specialist who took the time to look at my blood work from the previous year, consider my recent medical history and determined that the location of the lump was very unusual for cancer. My biopsy then confirmed that the lump was not cancer. In short, it feels like Dr. Abubakar is drowning under his load of patients and does not have the time to fully assess their problems. His rushed bedside manner lacks empathy, but most frustratingly he seems hesitant to refer his patients to specialists."

"The younger doctor here is absolute disgusting. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called him to speak about an issue, he was loud and nasty with me. He even hung up in my face. I don’t recommend going here. They treat their patients like robots and they have no sympathy. They have no regard for human emotion. Horrible experience. This is my 5th time experiencing something like this. It’s shocking."
