"Doctor is amazing. The front office staff, Lucy could benefit from warm table side manners. Such a shame. Based on years of reviews it looks as though she is the main person in the front office who treats patients with disrespect, condemnation and paternalism. Perhaps she is in the wrong profession or perhaps she could use some training on how to speak with and manage people. This is a people business and she is clearly not suited nor is she fit for it. When parents come in with concern for their children they should be met with professionalism, care and concern not petty bad manners. This would have been 5 stars because Doctor Levitt is a gem. Dr Levitt and the front office manager are true professionals."

"Dr. Levitt is great! So is Renee - I believe she is the office manager? The woman who answers the phones on Friday is absolutely awful! I asked for documentation for daycare to give my daughter her drops following her tubes surgery. This woman told me to adjust the dose and just give it twice a day or to just give them to her in the middle of the night. I asked for her to leave a message for the doctor to confirm this as she is not a medical professional. She told me NO and then said "call back Monday". When I said that Monday would be day 5 of the drops (the prescribed length of the drops tx) so it wouldn't be helpful she just said "Well call back on Monday." When I asked for Renee by name I was told "she will be back Monday". I definitely am not comfortable with a non-medical professional changing my childs prescription dose without confirmation from the doctor himself. She also told me "it isn't daycare's job to do the drops, it is yours" which felt extremely judgemental. Really unhappy with her and it is not the first time. Last time I called on Friday she said "Well it is already 2pm" which was weird as they close at 5pm? Do not call the office on Friday. The doctor himself is great though!"
