Dr. Jehad E. Saliba, MD

"The Nurse Assisten Mayers is horrible. She needs to retire. There is absolutely 0 curiosity or concern from Joan Mayer the PA. I have extensive cancer in my family. I even created a power point chart for them to have in my files. I have TWO lumps..She does not care. Did not read my history and had her staff call to tell me my lump xray results...... are I am healthy. I NEED AN MRI CLEARLY. Than she orders it with non contrast. I ask her why. she tells me if I want contrast to go to an Ortho. I asked to document this convo in my files and SHE SAID NO. I demanded that she document my questioning her no contrast decision and she told me no again. She said it is her choice if she documents my concern. She rudely told me to follow up with Saliba than and gave the phone back to the receptionist. No Fear at all of Saliba and he apparently has no control over her. If you want to be under the care of a place that sees you as a number only, this is your place. If you want to live healthy and have proactive Drs ..stay far way from here. I have high B12 results... call and ask to have the Dr call me. the receptionist get on tells me I am fine. My files will be transferred asap."

"Is this normal? It was my first time seeing Dr. Saliba and I had bloodwork done. One week later, Dr. Saliba doesn’t call me, someone who works in the office does. She says “your labs are normal, just go on a low cholesterol diet” and I said ok, what’s a low cholesterol diet and she told me to GOOGLE IT. I’m sorry, I pay insurance and a $30 copay. (Not to mention my visit was at 4pm and I had to wait over an hour to be seen). And now I have to use GOOGLE to manage my health. What’s the point of paying the doctor then? What a joke"

"Dr Saliba himself is a great doctor very Professional and cares, my mom was very sick I got her a appointment that same day and on that day the stuff was great very concerned took my mom right away she was very sick they sent us straight to the ER were they had called in advance, we got to Clara mass and was seen asap they had a room and bed waiting for her, I Appreciate everything they done for us… yet he’s my doctor as well at times I call and they are not very nice when answering questions or trying to get a refill, seems like they just need new stuff and a new office manager who trains and oversees the Employees Correctly not Gossip and be rude along with them. While in a waiting room you can clearly hear everything going on where they all conjugate at, Gossiping, laughing etc Then when you exit the room, you get the looks as if they know why you was there and they about to gossip or have been gossiping about you, It’s a Extremely unpleasant feeling…"

"Dr. Saliba is my primary care doctor. I saw him (who is a cardiologist) for chest pain. He took one look at me and said “ you’re young, you’re fine” he did not order any tests and sent me home with the chest pain. I sought out another cardiologist who did run test and has since diagnosed me with cardiomyopathy and put me on 2 heart medications. I would change primary care physicians except that when I go I usually see June Mayer the NP. She is such a sweetheart and is very thorough in every appointment. I love her so I am staying but will only book an appointment with her."
