"Agree, Dr. Alfonso is an amazing doctor but he should know that his front desk person Adriana shot down two new patient appointments in his office today. What a struggle it was. She made it very difficult for us to get in and see any of the doctors in his group. My wife was very flexible giving her different times we would be available so after 10 mins of back and forth she puts my wife on hold because she was frustrated and came back after a long hold to say that’s all I have November 17 We both have a strong family history of cardiac problems and wanted to get a full cardiac work up. She should be working with sanitation not people. I had no other choice but to find another Cardiologist office with professional staff that treat you with respect.
