"Please don’t waste your time coming in here. I was there in order to obtain information about my condition and to learn more about my disease and prevention in the future. He basically just enter all the information in the system and that was all. He sent me home, not either recommendations or explaining what happened to me. Such a waste of time and money."

"I don’t like to review if it’s a bad experience because I believe everyone has off days but this was the worst few visits. I grew up around doctors and nurses in my family and I know the different types of doctors out there. But I don’t recommended this one for anything that’s an actual issue. The doctor is pretty hands off, doesn’t seem to care, didn’t direct me on anything I could be doing to help with my Lyme. Close minded, makes you feel like you’re wasting his time with his mannerisms, attitude, and lack of communication. If you need a quick shot for traveling abroad I’m sure this is your guy, but if you need help with something more serious, like Lyme, I recommended finding someone else who will give you the care you’ll need. Edit added since reply: if you read my review this has nothing to do with the week off from work. This has to do with the poor care and attention Dr. Ko gives his patients with serious illness. Clearly whoever replied to my review isn’t understanding the core issue which shows this doctor won’t improve. I wonder how many malpractice or negligence claims this doctor has."

"My husband and I came to see Dr. Ko last December—we had called nearly 30 doctors on our approved insurance list before getting to Dr. Ko's listing, and he was the first one to happily be able to get us the travel vaccines we needed before our trip to Asia. His office was impeccable, his receptionist kind, and he even answered the phone a couple times when we called. I'll be calling him again for my next trip."
