"Like other reviewers mentioned, it is impossible to talk to this doctor’s office to get an appointment. The staff here needs a basic lesson in Customer Service, and being Polite. They put you on hold as soon as they pick up the call, and the hold times are 20-30 minutes and later when they talk, they are very rude. if the call drops midway you have to start with holding again. I gave up. I am not calling this doctor for free service, I am paying my hard earned money to ask for service, and if they dont care for their customers, then why should I try to give them any business. This isn’t the last doctor’s office in the world. Review on the doctor himself: He likes to talk and chit chat, but not about symptoms and patient’s issues. He spent 25 mins talking, and billed my insurance company for it (which I paid in form of deductible and premiums) and he barely spent 5 mins talking about actual problems. If I ask a medical question, he just avoided them. Looking at his medical notes, he wrote one line. He prescribed CPAP machine and forgot to write that I heated hose. So, I had to call his office repeatedly and spent another hour or so with those people, to get him fix the prescription. The doctor billed $480 for a 5 min talk and did not even properly perform the basics of his trade. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS."

"I don't know how there are so many negative reviews - Doctor Villa was great; extremely helpful, took time to explain my situation, and got me set up with the proper equipment. Staff was one of the friendliest I've dealt with. Granted, it does take an extended time to make an appointment, but that just shows that he is a good doctor"

"Great doctor. Horrible office. Called a dozen times in the last couple days and the answering service picks up the call. I can not get through and the answering service will not have them call me back. Not to mention as I was explaining this she hung up on me."

"I called the doctor office almost a month ago for an appointment, and I was told the only available time would be October 30th in the morning, I said fine. Yesterday I was working when I received a voice mail from that office saying my appointment is postponed. When I called back during my short lunch break (I’m working as a pharmacist and usually I don’t even have more than 15 minutes break) they put me on hold for ten minutes and then they say the only availability for me to be seen after two weeks at 4 pm which is almost impossible for me. I explained to the nurse that I’m working every day 10 am to 7 pm and she didn’t even care. Very bad customer service and not recommended at all."
