"I'm updating my prior review. Dr. Wasserman performed two separate surgeries on me to repair damage that occurred during my second ACDF. During that ACDF, my right vocal cord and larynx were paralyzed, leaving me (a former singer) barely able to talk and drowning when I ate or drank anything. Dr. Wasserman gave me back my voice and a quality of life that I had lost for two years between the ACDF and meeting him. Through the whole process, he was kind, compassionate, and understanding of all my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, without talking down to me at all. From the beginning, I felt like he was truly in my corner. Due to my health, I see many, many doctors. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wasserman without hesitation. Brilliant, professional, compassionate physicians like Dr. Wasserman are hard to find. I was very lucky."

"I have been to many ENT’s, which did nothing for me. When I saw the reviews on this Dr. Wasserman, I was happy to make an appointment and happy that my insurance was excepted. My first visit I was a little late he refused to see me. I drove all the way there to be refused, I asked the receptionist to please ask him to see me since I drove pretty far, and he had no patient in his office, but yet he refused and I wasn’t that late. So I the second time I made my appointment and I found Dr Wasserman as very rude. I have a very severe problem with my throat did a CAT scan and he found nothing referred me to a speech pathologist, he had the receptionist call me two times to tell me about the speech pathologist. Dr Wasserman should’ve called me himself, but he sends other people to call you to tell you the news. I refuse to speak to them anymore, and I told her I wanted Dr Wasserman to tell me himself and to explain what’s going on, finally, he called me and told me there’s nothing he can do, rushing off the phone. I had canceled the next appointment because he told me on the phone what I needed to know which was nothing, so he asked me if I was going to make that appointment and I said no I canceled and he seemed very upset that I canceled the appointment, now why would I keep an appointment for him to tell me what he already told me on the phone so obviously it’s all about money and greed. Sorry that’s how I feel. I don’t know if a speech pathologist will be able to help me. I don’t feel any better than when I first went there seems like he was not that very caring at all. I will never step foot in that office again."

"I have been lucky enough to meet with Dr. Wasserman on two occasions to make sure that my throat health is as it should be. I have also previously met with 2 different doctors at a different ENT practice and I just simply cannot say the same for them (not to mention any names). Dr. Wasserman is firstly: a true professional who is highly skilled and educated, he is kind and patient and just seems like a great human being to top it all of! Quite frankly I would hope to have him in my corner, God forbid I should ever need to, because great doctors/people are hard to find these days. Once more thank you Dr. Wasserman!"

"I went to Dr. Wasserman for ear wax removal after I had been experiencing mild dizziness and fullness in my ear. I knew the procedure would be uncomfortable and slightly painful at times because I waited too long to make the appt. Dr Wasserman had great bedside manner and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends or family."

"The office was clean and organized. The staff was courteous, kind, and professional and the wait was very brief. Dr. Wasserman was FANTASTIC! He was personable and listened to all of my concerns. He explained my medical condition in a detailed yet understandable way, so I was educated about what was going on and what the next steps are. I HIGHLY recommend him."
