"I would rate 0 stars if it were an option on here! I went in for an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was extremely rude and RACIST. According to the receptionist, the Doctor didn't want to see me even though they confirmed my appointment multiple times. From the moment I approached the desk I was being turned away. Then the receptionist was looking for other doctors to recommend. Disgusting. People like these should not be in the business of helping others with medical care!! If you need a doctor, don't even bother coming here. They are truly the worst."

"Dr. Andreescu made my visit to this clinic 10/10. First, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I filled in my chart as it was my first time visit and once done, the doctor called me right in. Dr. Andreescu is very patient (you don’t feel rushed) listening to all my concerns and helping me understand my symptoms. She made me feel safe and secured. She is a doctor who seems to care for her patients long term and that’s why I’m considering her for primary care. I left the office with bloodwork done and feeling much better than when I walked in. I’m looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Andreescu and am so thankful I found her. Thank you!"

"I had to switch GP’s last year and I remembered doctor Andrescu from her previous years in Hackensack. She started with this new office in hasbrouck heights run by DR BELLAVIA. She was excellent.She was thorough caring and intelligent IT WAS THE FROMT DESK(especially Crystal). That made the experience horrendous. This girl and the rest of the front desk are rude and nasty. I will follow her to her new location in Maywood"

"I was referred to Dr. Andreescu after my primary physician passed away. It is extremely stressful to find a new Dr especially a primary physician. From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated with understanding, kindness and respect. I was offered a choice of appointment days and times within 24 hours of calling! What a relief not to have to wait weeks! I arrived at the office a few minutes early. The office is clean and they have COVID precautions in place and do enforce them. I was taken to the exam room in a timely manner. Dr. Andreescu was extremely understanding, professional and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to actually listen to you. I was very impressed with the Dr and all the staff members I met at my first visit. If you are looking for a physician who will actually take the time to listen and talk to you regarding all your health concerns then I highly recommend Dr.Andreescu."
