"Some of the worst medical care I’ve ever received. I’ve been on a medication for five years twice a day. The doctor took over this prescription and wrote it for once a day without informing me she was changing my prescription. I noticed after I had missed two doses. I think this was wildly irresponsible. When I called to say there must have been a mistake I was told there wasn’t and I should try to take this medication once a day. I explained that for five years I’ve been taking it twice a day and when I take it once a day I have a negative reaction. They said they’d have the doctor call me. Never received a phone call and ended up in an emergency situation where I didn’t have the meds I needed and with no way to get them. It’s a heart medication too, no controlled substance or anything crazy. Going back to my original doctor even though they are out of state and inconvenient for me because I know I will receive the medical care I need."
