"Went for a yearly checkup which is covered by my insurance. I’ve been arguing with them for over a year to fix. They put it in wrong to claim money. I’ve called multiple times, office says they will call back and never do. The entire experience was weird they make you wait and then take you into another waiting room, and then into a hallway. Wait was so long. Felt as if they were just trying to take my money. Even tried to charge me for coming in for my results which I asked for over the phone. I told them I’m not paying for my results when every other doctor never charges for that. Would never go here!!"

"This practice is more of an insurance mill than a doctors office. If you want to be treated like a Dollar sign then this is the place to go! Dr. Rave is not a doctor, he is a businessman whose sole concern is convincing you to undergo unnecessary procedures and billing your health insurance as much and as often as possible. Are you feeling sick and need a simple medication called in to your local pharmacy? Forget about it!! You have come in first and have your insurance billed for that!"

"I'm someone who was not looking to get off painkillers, because I WAS in a ton of pain with my back. Dr. Rave has been very understanding and made sure that I'm not in pain, without prescribing me narcotics... but also not making me feel like a dirty junkie, like so many other doctors do. He's been very supportive, and understanding when I HAVE slipped up... but firm about getting me back on track, in a kind way. The nurses and staff have always been kind, respectful, bent over backwards to fit me in, and have helped me through some tough situations. They're just as understanding as the doctor, which is EXTREMELY important... nobody wants to feel like they're being judged at the doctor's office. I've only been going for a few months, but it's been the best doctor experience that I've had in a very long time!"

"I ve been goin to this office for about 6 months when I came out of rehab to get my Vivitrol shot, doc Rave is one of the best doc to treat addiction disease,he is also only one in Bergen county who specializes on addiction disorders. Yes,visit does take forever bx he is extremely overbooked but it’s bx he is a good doc! If I’m in the rush to go some place else I politely ask his staff to get me in ASAP n so far they really tried the best to do that. If you are serious about get ur addiction under control n looking for primary care as well, I do highly recommend him!"
