"Im new to the area and was looking for a reliable primary care physician. Dr Popescu fits the bill—5 stars for her alone. The front desk lady is top three rudest people I have ever encountered. Its Incredible that she has a job in customer service. Between in person and phone interactions she talks down to you. Her tone and attitude ruined the entire patient experience for me. Update: Follow up experience has greatly improved. Update April 2024: Needed a basic prescription refill. I sent a request via the patient portal. No response after 48 hours so I called and was informed the doctor is responsible for those messages but the front desk will remind her. Another 48 hours passed and still nothing. Perhaps time to find a new primary who is responsive."
