"I was referred to Dr. Cash at a time in my life where I was about to simply give up and undergo a major corrective surgery. The procedure would help from a structural standpoint, but there was no guarantee it would have any positive impact on my level of pain. I found in Dr. Cash a compassionate physiatrist who will go above and beyond managing pain, while always rooting for conservative management of the underlying cause unless every other option has been exhausted and one is indicated for surgical intervention. If I were to summarize the main benefit of my time with Dr. Cash, it would certainly be improvement in quality of life. I have gone as long with a manageable level of pain as I had suffered from chronic pain (and it has been a long while since my injury). I had my first child on the way, and I was looking into the future with dread, a future of bending, lifting, twisting, and everything and anything to do with bending down to or spending time on the floor, all things the majority will take for granted with young ones. With some modifications, and thanks to my treatment under Dr. Cash, I was able to rise up to the challenge of not one, but two children, both of which are past their infant and toddler years now. I’ve read through the comments- to the naysayers, he’s not rushing through appointments, he simply talks fast. He’s from New York. I wish Dr. Cash the best in this new chapter with Advanced Spine Care and Pain Management. I wonder if the “No” button will return for an encore…"

Through this period Dr Cash has been compassionate and provided excellent and extensive support he has comprehensive understanding of his field. , he has guided me through various Physical Therapy journeys and assisted with excellent trigger point injections."

"Never seen Cash but he has done a review for my workers compensation board. I think this is wrong. I have been disabled for all most 20 years. I think ny should at least have a Dr see me in order to do a review. Hell I could be dead. wrong."

"Dr. Cash is terrible. It's clear that his only mission is to schedule as many appointments as possible, bill insurance companies, and move on. Why is he terrible? Good question! While sitting in the ER after just finding out my husband had a giant tumor in his intestine, Dr. Cash called my husband and told him he needed to come in to take a drug test. When my husband said "Doc, I'm in the ER, I just found out I have a tumor." his response was "well, you either need to come in today when you're done or tomorrow if you don't want to be discharged from the practice." How do I know this? I was sitting right there. When confronted about this, Dr. Cash lied and said he didn't know he was in the hospital. Of course, when pressed, we found out it really wouldn't have mattered one way or another if he did come in for the drug test. If you're looking for quality healthcare, he's not the one to provide it. Now let's move on to the office staff. They're rude, they are not helpful, they don't know what they're doing, and apparently none of this matters. We have called the office 3 times for medical records. 3 times we were told they were being mailed to us. As it turns out, that was also a lie. Dr. Cash tried to sway us from getting his full medical records by telling us how tedious it would be to print out hundreds of pages (If I gave an answer like that to one of my clients, I'd be fired). After reminding him it is our legal right to have those medical records he decided to tell me that we needed to put in writing that we wanted them. I'm glad that when we requested them for the first time 2 months ago, we were told that... The simple facts are Dr. Cash made an accusation, we didn't have the ability to disprove, he said he didn't care that my husband was in the hospital, he treated my husband like a criminal, and he is overall a nasty human being. Doctors are supposed to care for their patients. Dr. Cash does not. He goes beyond having poor bedside manner. Just stay away. No. Run away. Run far far away to another doctor."
