"My appointment with Dr Gotesman was very good. Reception was a problem. Waited for a long time and only found out what the problem was , when after 15 minutes , I asked . Computer was down . They should have informed the 6 people that were waiting to check in . I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but wasn’t able to check in until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It would have been nice to know what the hold up was about."

"Doctor Alan is not helpful at all. All the other reviews saying he doesn’t explain or spend time with you is 100% true. Also when I needed his help sending a letter to my insurance to approve me for an MRI, he took his time which shows he does not have any concern about your pain and health. I would highly recommend going to someone else (especially if you are a person of color). He is the definition of someone who is not passionate about people and their health."

"Md was not personable. Had cortisone shot for trigger finger was not told what to expect ( still very sore and painful to bend a day later) When told him about heal pain he told me to stretch it without even looking at it or asking questions etc. I would not recommend"
