"Horrible experience with the staff, I heard them gossiping about me to each other while I was waiting. They mocked me at the front desk when I asked about why I had to pay a large amount when my insurance is in network and I have a $0 deductible. Waited over an hour for the Dr to come and when he finally did he saw me for 5 minutes and brushed off most of my questions."

"Went to Spinak Eye Center for an eye exam and to renew my prescription eye drops. I was having problems seeing out of my left eye and knew my prescription had changed. The technician performed the eye exam and informed me my prescription did not change (I made the mistake of bringing my previous prescription). Eventually, went in to see the doctor who suggested re-wetting drops for my eyes and was disinterested in prescribing the eye drops. Was then charged $85 (even though this provider was in-network) and given the same contact prescription and an incomplete glasses prescription (no axis info, etc.). Ended up having to return to my previous eye doctor (who is now out of network) to get the correct prescription (yes, my left eye prescription did change) and my prescription eye drops. Was a waste of my time to go to this office."
