"The staff are nice, I made an appointment for fatigue, breathlessness & congestion. I got an appointment the same day. The Dr gave me antibiotics & sent me for an immediate Xray. All this happened in 1 1/2 hours which is very impressive. My results were in the portal the next morning. That's where it stopped working. Since then getting the Dr to explain the wording on my Xray is like being in a bizzare mensa puzzle. I requested through the portal for them to explain the wording on my Xray & they just keep emailing me the Xray wording. I requested a tele Doc appointment via the portal and that was not responded to. I called the office and was told that the Dr could not speak to me. I had to wait 2 days for an appointment. In the meantime I asked an ER nurse what the wording means. I have a partially collapsed lung. I have no idea what is causing it. No idea what the treatment should be. I don't know what my antibiotics are even for. To follow up Montefiore are now billing me for an out of network provider doing my Xray, which is confusing because a Dr did not take my Xray a technician did I should have been told that I could have gotten this service for $10 if I went to a stand alone radiologist, instead my dr sent me to the hospital and I had to pay 100. Montefiore just want o bill your insurance . Question every decision they make."

"I'm sorry for the people who left bad reviews that did not have a good experience. I have been to this office twice with nothing but good things to say. From the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors, I have been treated well and with respect and professionalism."

"I got a really weird vibe here from an organizational side, and the dr took like THREE or FOUR calls during my physical, leaving the room sometimes, but not all the time, and made no acknowledgement. I really didn't feel he paid any attention to the questions or concerns I had regarding my health."

"I am not complaining about the actual medical care but am complaining how they tend to inconvenience the patients. They do not email or send referrals by mail. They actual make you pick it up. Every doctor outside Highland email payment receipts, have patient portals....they need to keep up with the technology. I am beyond angry ."

"This office and their doctors are completely incompetent! Definitely find a better healthcare provider! Not only did they misdiagnose me multiple times and refer me for numerous visits to their other offices that had nothing to do with the actual issue at hand but then when I called them for help they never called me back, then turned me away and were EXTREMELY dismissive and down right rude! Try Crystal Run in West Nyack instead!"
