"Thank you for the excellent hernia surgery you did on my brother-in-law, James today, and for squeezing him in to your schedule on short notice. He's an intellectually disabled adult who's been complaining that his "belly button hurt" for a couple of weeks, with an emergency room visit just a week ago. Yet just hours after today's surgery, he says it doesn't hurt at all, is walking around the kitchen helping make dinner and chattering away. The surgery apparently hurt less than the hernia! Again, thank you very much for helping him."
