The office staff was very professional. He explained to me that he would attempt laparoscopic surgery, but because of scar tissue, it might not be possible. He explained everything he would do. For years I was having major stomach pain, whether after eating certain foods or having a bowel movement, and I never thought of checking whether there was a problem with my gallbladder. After the ER confirmed there was a problem, Dr. Rakhlin made sure to find out the exact problem before surgery was done - after years the gallbladder simply stopped working. He didn't rush to do surgery just because he's a surgeon and will pocket money from it. He's there for the patient will do what's right for them.
