"I had an appointment with Dr. Medici for a neck pain issue, and my experience was mixed. The initial visit involved a thorough examination, an X-ray, and mobility testing by an assistant. However, the billing process left much to be desired. The charges were quite high—$365 for the X-ray and $770 for the visit—resulting in a $588 bill after my high deductible insurance coverage. I reached out to the doctor’s office hoping for some consideration or at least an acknowledgment of the high cost, but was met with frustrating bureaucracy. An administrative staff member messaged me from their 'portal' to contact the billing department, who then directed me back to my ins company. It is a struggle to get anyone on the phone at the doctor's office which is disappointing. I cancelled the follow up as I do not want any more surprise bills."

"Let's start with what a great bedside manner Dr.Medici has. He was there for me from the beginning of my first visit with my severe knee bone on bone pain through my physical therapy. For years years I spent a ridiculous amount of money on different braces and supplements to help my knee pain and nothing worked. Dr.Medici was the answer. My knee replacement went smoothly and and I am now free of years of agonizing knee pain."

"Went here because it was highly rated. It has been many years since my appointment, but I have never forgotten it. I found Dr. Medici to be very dismissive, I was crying in his office not just from pain but from his lack of empathy. I was told I was young probably back spasms my scoliosis wasn't severe, do PT. Went to an another orthopedic and was told I have two herniated discs. I was told I was young and I was probably fine. If a patient is telling you something is wrong, chances are something is."

My visit with Dr. Medici was courteous and respectful. He went over everything on my that I would need to be successful. Appreciate the the office visit and information needed."
