"If I could give zero stars, I would! This place was awful! We checked in and waited 2 hours. I asked how much longer since my daughter was running a fever, had stomach pain and no appetite. No one ever got to exam her or even take vitals in the 2 hours we were waiting. The receptionist had no care for when I asked how much longer. All the staff did in the lobby was joke around and laugh with ill children right in front of them. The security guard was playing music that was completely inappropriate for an atmosphere full of children. Please listen to the reviews and do not waste your time here, for the health & safety for your child."
"1) DOS: 5/25/2025 6pm-9 pm - please check camera to justify. Terrible service ever. I came with my child due to loss of appetite and vomiting but Dr. treatment was apple juice to feed my child. As I mentioned she drank little bit but Without any work up or without any diagnosis nurse brought discharge note. “””””””I didn’t bring my child for apple juice to the ER”””””” 2) Dr said “”may be”” viral infection but in medical field should be diagnosis, shouldn’t be any word may be which keep anyone life in a risk. 3) Incharge Dr. said, will collect U/A but in the end they didn’t collect U/A and Nurse brought discharge note . Such a psych department."
"I had to bring my son to the ER, early morning on April 11. The reviews here are right - dirty, nurses with attitude, slow.. etc etc. Also, the resident who saw us in the Emergency room was very unprofessional. I am 100% sure he and his colleague ( I do not even know who he was, did not care to introduce himself) violated HIPAA. They saw us in one of the room in the emergency department, and once they both left and closed the curtain, I heard them loudly talking about what was going on with our son, LAUGHED about what the other one said, then talked to one of the staff in the nurses station about it. I heard everything. this was at 3am so i did not have any energy to confront them about it but I should have. I also did not realize what was happening but now that I think about it, i am definitely reporting them for HIPAA violation. what a SHAME that this is the kind of people caring for our children."
"Do you want your child to suffer more? Bring them to this ER. Nurses are careless, dirty, with attitude, make mistakes, slow and incompetent. The places is chaotic. Once in a while someone showed with some common sense, and I hate to put them in the same bag. But overall, this place is horrible and never coming back."
"Going to this emergency room is waste of time, my baby had 105.5 fever was burning and the doctor was not concerned about it. After five hours that we were waiting to see the doctor he came up to us and told us you have to go home. The fact that he has that high of a fever doesn’t scare him, per him was a virus that my baby never tasted positive for. We went home that day and had to go back 2 days after because the fever wasn’t going down. That day was a different doctor that at least give my baby some help. They give him iv fluid that day and got some tests done. But that happened only when we went back. Some nurses are helpful. Over all I will never go back there and will never recommend this ER"
