"I think she must have some sort of emotional issue. She is very moody. She does not listen. She gets loud and makes remarks like "if you don't like it you can go somewhere else" pretty much unwarranted and unprovoked. I look at the other reviews here and thinking maybe they see her in the afternoons because she is not a morning person. When she does give advice, its nothing more than I can find online in 5 minutes. Guess what - this time I am going somewhere else. Goodbye NEOSM - you lost a long time patient."
