"Absolutely horrible experience! The office scheduled my appointment over the phone. When I came all the way from different town and paid tall for the bridge. The Manager from that doctor begin accusing me on why I am I here and we don’t have scheduled appointment for you. When I proved them my phone calls history and email they finally believed it. Absolutely disrespectful way of them meeting a new person and they kicked me out while the mistake was on them. By the way the doctor came out and she was also rude."
"Doctor Ovshaev i think is a good doc overall however - 1 star - doctor is not really available that much, staff is caring BUT the scheduling is not good at all - every time i come i have to wait…i came today Dec22 11:45am and still waiting for doc at 12:25pm - i dont think thats acceptable at all…theres a lady here that is very upset that is saying she’s been waiting for the doc for 1.5hrs already… My appt was at 3:15pm and they asked to come earlier so i came 11:45am and to no avail….."
"I was 5 min before appointment time, drove straight from Nanuet Quest diagnostics who never took my blood and urine test after 2 hours wait at walk-in line Very nice lady’s at front desk let me do my urine sample before anything else I’m so happy that all went fantastically kind and smooth here Dr Ovshayev is great, she remembers me as a patient and I’m glad to follow her advices in my way to healthier lifestyle"
