"This office is the best office there is in Westchester...The staff is just extremely helpful and efficient, pleasant, and a real pleasure to work with. Dr. Janine Kelly is actually an amazing and brilliant Doctor. The reason you may have to wait is because she is very thorough with her patients...I was once told, you know you have a good Dr. when you have a wait. She takes her time, never rushes you, answers all questions and her experience and expertise is definitely worth the wait. Please don't let any negative comments keep you from going to this office. I have been seen by Dr. Kelly for years and I would be devastated if I ever had to change."

"My cousins always have to wait almost an hour to see the doctor. She is 80 and her husband is 98. The doctor scolded them when they were five minutes late for an appointment. The office staff are rude and don't seem to care about their patients, just talking on the phone. I finally transferred them to another doctor, and the new doctor is still waiting to get their records. Both the new doctor and I faxed request forms at least three times, and I have made 16 phone calls trying to get the records sent. It has now been two months of waiting and phone calls. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone."
