"This office charged me over $360 for exactly the same cystic acne treatment I normally paid another dermatologist $80 for. Their treatment didn’t work and my cyst was twice as swollen. I was hoping they would honor a fix to their failed treatment by scheduling another appointment two days later, but not only was that equally ineffective, but they charged me an extra $200 dollars. Over $550 wasted on inept, unscrupulous doctors who refuse to stand by their work."

"The ONLY dermatologist that has given me ANY good results since my teen years and i am 45 yrs old. She doesn't beat around the bush and gives you results. A bit long of wait for appointments but i will never go elsewhere. She now treats my daughter for teen acne as well."

"I should have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with her. She lacked empathy the first time I saw her and was not friendly. I had to schedule a follow up and waited 40 minutes for her to show up, and eventually ended up leaving because she never came. I'm not sure how you can run so far behind for an 8:45am appointment. I will never go back to her."

"She's fine but her admin staff is a dumpster fire - which means they messed up our appointment times and then blamed us then fictitiously said she was booked for months when in actuality there was time the next day. It is time for doctors to be held responsible for their incompetent, power hungry, low life staff. I get that you can't get exceptionally well-educated people for the salary that these folks get but you can find nice, compassionate understanding people who aren't mad at the world."
