"You MUST visit this place! Play video games, board games, card games, play billiards, watch movies, learn to make things, make new friends, start a new group, dance, do karaoke, play fizzball and more. I was in a not-so-great home situation and this place was the only escape i had. At my darkest times I'd come here, learn, laugh, and have fun. I made so many new friends and got some much support. Ian is probably the coolest/creative person you'll meet. Lynn is the kindest/funniest lady. They are both the best. I still consider this place my home away from home and even though i live on the other side of the U.S. i make sure to visit Ian and Lynn the rare times im in town. Im pretty sure people i meet think Ian and Lynn are my parents names because i fondly talk of them so often."

"I have never spent time in a happier place. This establishment is a place that I have visited for at least 6 years. It is a great, safe, and supportive youth hang out. I did a lot of my learning and growing in this teen recreation center and I hope that other young people get the same irreplaceable opportunities that I had through the Teen Center."
