"Crystals are beautiful, my low review has to do with the fact that I spent a lot on this shop on a live. I ask if he had Moldavite he claimed he had a few arriving Friday. When the day came I dm him he basically said yes they arrived. I ask if I can see a picture and what are his prices. He ignored me and my messages while he was advertising it on his insta and website. I do not appreciate being played or lied too. Learn to treat your paying customers well! I have since give away the beautiful crystals total I pay close to $500. Do not want that kind of vibe in my house. Lost a customer.."

"I've never been to the store so I can't really rate the physical store, however, all my online purchases have been an amazing experience. The owner responds to your message very quickly, and send over the pictures of the products that you are looking for. It's been a great experience. He's also sends your purchased items in a timely manner and actually send you the tracking number, and I really appreciate that. Some shops takes a while to send, or don't send the tracking number. I like how he runs it! Someday when I'm in the area, I'll check out the physical store!"
