"Second store I came to looking for architectural Supply for my son for college they didn’t have what I need but Micheal was super helpful calling other stores to see if they had it and even rummaging in the basement to find an old board to show me what I was looking for. Amazing customer service. Again I wish they had what I needed I would much rather spend my money here."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Attempted a FedEx return today which was refused. Seemed as if my transaction was an inconvenience for this gentleman while the store was empty. Was told to go to riverhead instead. I asked for the address to proceed to and all he did was point to my phone. In other words I assume I’m suppose to find the location. While this was the authorized FedEx location to bring it to on my phone Rude customer service! Zero attempt to help. I’m local and will not return. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Intended to make an order of over 750$ but was quickly turned off by their extremely rude customer service. The receptionist seemed bothered that I even contacted the store in the first place. Disappointing but I'm sure they'll learn their lesson eventually."

"Honestly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you know what you're looking for, and don't need assistance from anyone, and you're already in the area, this place is fine. If you need assistance, expect to get treated like garbage by woman who works there. She was on her phone texting, acted like I was an inconvenience and just had a poor attitude from the get go. Fortunately another gentleman came over and was super helpful. Avoid if possible."

"Very disappointing. I ignored previous reviews about terrible customer service only to experience it myself. I brought what i assumed was a decent order; customized stationary and 2 sizes of envelopes printed with name/address. I brought my current stationary and asked if they could simply match it as closely as possible only to be told no (by the lady referenced in other reviews) and given a catalogue to go through. I asked if she would help me and she said no. I was the only one in the store and left to order my goods at the local Staples where the customer service is always helpful and pleasant. I will not return...."
