"I have had similar experience as Debbie Y. I was awarded legal fees and John Quinn didn't attempt to collect. He filed the bill like the judged asked them admitted he did not collect it. The case went to appeal. A few years after of no response he withdrew from the case after the money in the trust he was representing me on was bleed down to almost nothing. AT a latter court date he sent a junior attorney to ask the judge to award them attorney fees, but did not have the amount to submit. In my opinion he is waiting to see when the judge does the distribution of the trust then sue me like Debbie Y. I do not know yet. My files are on the Allegheny county court records Web site. "John Quinn has a Disciplinary Board Public Reprimand for Professional Misconduct. Prior 2019, he had prior disciplinary action, non-public. Multiple "former clients" filed complaints against this man with the PA Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. A 46-page disciplinary public reprimand is now public on the Disciplinary Board's website. Matthew Logue, the partner of Quinn Logue LLC and his son Sean posted their own personal reviews on the Quinn Logue website; unfortunately, they do not speak of the harm caused to former clients, including myself. John Quinn withheld a critical settlement offer from my knowledge for more than five years. Had John Quinn not been deceitful in not disclosing the settlement amount offer, the exact amount I requested from party before even meeting with John Quinn in December 2017, I would not have endured years of struggling to repair my home of water damages and elevated (above EPA recommended safe levels) radon (a poisonous non-smelling gas that causes cancer) levels. John Quinn chose to sue the opposing party instead, in hopes he would benefit himself financially by boasting "I can get triple damages" (his words exactly). I learned about the settlement offer in March 2023, from requesting my legal file be relinquished. J. Quinn and his partner, M. Logue, have refused to turn over the entire legal file to my possession, which contains correspondences of my letters pleading they settle the case in Arbitration. They would never proceed to Arbitration, even though a panel had been picked in June 2021. In 2023, these two attorneys requested the Erie County Court to permit them to withdraw as representation in a suit John Quinn had filed in 2018. After five years of non-communication, lies and deceit, I filed a formal complaint against Mr. Quinn. In 2023, both partners of this "firm" filed in Allegheny County to have a Warren County sheriff's office serve me with a Writ of Summons (in order to sue me for an amount they requested be excess of $50,000). I filed within the Allegheny County Court system, and paid the court fees, the required court documents to have Quinn Logue LLC file their Complaint against me within 20-days. John Quinn and Matthew Logue completely ignored the request and ALL court filings. The court eventually dismissed their Writ of Summons as they refused all communication to court documents filed. A public trial would have granted an obvious counter-claim for professional misconduct, financial damages, and unethical behavior. There is no question their attempt to retaliate and intimate due to formal complaints filed against them backfired. A public trial would have granted full public knowledge of the full extent of their deceit, and unprofessional conduct which caused this former client serious financial and health harm. Anyone with complaints about the law firm of Quinn Logue LLC (which LLC means limited liability), in particular John Quinn and Matthew Logue can file a formal complaint with the PA Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. The Disciplinary Board does take options to privately discipline attorney's for professional misconduct, unethical behavior, wrongdoing; therefore, an attorney can have formal complaints against them that have not been made public. John Quinn's professional misconduct and unethical behavior is now of public record on his license. It is questionable why any attorney firm accepts and approves of such misconduct and boasts they are professionals. Peer reviews on a firm's website, claiming their attorney peer is well liked can be very misleading and false, in hopes people will contact a certain firm (potential clients). Years of non communication, unethical behavior, lies, non-disclosure of information, inappropriate and unwarranted kissing (by John Quinn to this former client), refusing to turn over a clients legal file in it's entirety, and retaliation are the norms of what this former client experienced. A public reprimand speaks for itself. Prayers this review saves at least one other person from financial, emotional, physical harm."
