"Absolute worst place to shop for craft supplies now. Can't use coupons on just about anything in store. Some staff is more rude than a NYC traffic cop, like you're inconveniencing them by shopping or using a coupon. The manager here does his best, but his hands are tied by corporate mishandling. Will never shop at a joann again, especially now that Michael's carries fabrics, and cares about their customers."

"This Joann's is seriously disgusting. The photos below show what their bathroom looks like. I don't understand how their management is not held to account for this. I am taking another step and reporting them to the Suffolk County Health Department. They had to close down their bathrooms last time they were cited and had to bring in a professional cleaning and sanitizing company. Not sure when they will learn their lesson."

"Dirty. Dirty dirty dirty! Dust and debris all over. Shameful. The replenishment manager needs to be replaced of more help is needed. The condition of the women’s bathroom was equivalent to a rundown gas stations bathroom. Filthy! No one has cleaned the toilet probably since the store opened. Mildew growing in the toilet and all over the wall under the hand dryer. Better off going to hobby lobby or Michael’s for your crafting needs."

"The store was clean. Prices were moderate to high. The selection was varied. The clerks were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful without impeding on my shopping experience. good store hours and ample parking."

"Beautiful store, however, on several occasions have experienced the staff being rude, snotty and entitled. Several of the staff act as if you are crazy for bothering them, aka asking for help. Have had several times of them being snippy on numerous occasions on different visits. Very discouraging and it's too bad there are less locations because sometimes this is the only place I can come to without having to order online. Nasty attitudes are disgusting to have when you're in a field of working with people."
