I’m not sure how many times I had to say no, but at final sale of what I was buying I felt she was annoyed that I didn’t sign up. Crazy world we live in.. makes me not want to deal with this kinda interaction"

"I was in there today to get myself more Serious Mass Gainer. I just wanted to go in for a quick grab and go but Dominick made my experience great. He was telling me which products were new & which products were good to use. He asked if the Mass Gainer was working for me since I said I’ve been using it for a while. He made it feel like he was actually helping me and not selling to me. Coming from a sales background I knew what to expect but this was a great experience. He was very personable and genuine. Mind you it was my first time ever going in-store. I will definitely be shopping in person from now on. Thanks Dominick!"
