"The guy gave me the wrong PlayStation I’m talking about the guy with the long hair and he was very rude and disrespectful for no reason and he made me come back because he gave me the wrong one and my card declined and he was getting mad and walked away. I think he should be fired. I do not like him at all and then I fixed my card and it worked and I purchased the other PlayStation for 10 more dollars and I feel like this guy is a liar I feel as he was racist"

"The guy working the front needs an attitude check, called beforehand to make sure they had what I needed in stock, person on phone said yes, got there and they didn’t have it and the guy literally did a laugh at me when I said I called that store, don’t go to this location, the guy needs to work on his people skills before working in retail."

"I've worked at this store, shopped at it, worked at it again. Needless to say, I have a history here. One that sometimes was rocky but is ultimately excellent. The current staff is helpful and friendly and video games are such an excellent form of escapism that I can't help but be bias and rate it at max"
