"What can I say….. Well Long story short after 4 days, 2 different stores, in 2 different states, and about 10 different reps from both AT&T customer/Tech support and Asurion support not one of them knew the problem that I was having with my apple watch not connecting to cellular until JAHMEZ. Within 5-10 minutes of coming in he figured out what every expert and everyone else couldn’t. He handle us with expertise professionalism and he was so personable. He explained everything so thoroughly I wish they could clone him and put him to train and be in every call center/store. My parents also go to him now for anything and he always figures it out or gets the answer. Don’t go to any other store go to this one and see JAHMEZ he has the answers."

"I came in last week to upgrade my phone but it was busy. I asked to make an appointment and was told it is first come first serve. The employee told me not to wait, as there was someone else ahead of me and the store was closing in an hour and a half, so I left. I came back here yesterday at 12:25 and there was a sign that said “be back at 12:35.” I waited outside in the cold/rain so that I could be the first one in the store upon it re-opening. When I called the store, corporate office picked up and told me that the employee was most likely at lunch. By 1 PM, the store employee had still not returned. Unfortunately, leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a customer."
