"There is a Hispanic employee who works in that location, who is very rude to customers, she has an aggressive character, when someone asks her she always answers aggressively, angry and with inappropriate answers, it seems to me that people like that should not be working in places like that. Well, the staff that works in other locations is totally different from her, regardless of nationality, but this lady is very disrespectful and spoiled."

"Bad experience in this store. I bought a large coffee and they charged me $54.00 dollars, I ask for a refund from the cashier and they say they can't return it to me. I ask to talk to the supervisor and he says to come back another day, I come back another day and he tells me to come back another day. I tell him that I can't come back another day that I need the money today and he tells me to call the police."

"It's the worst customer service I have experienced- the evening shift They stand at the counter, completely ignore you for a few minutes, then tell you to swing back, on getting back, they tell you they have no change to assist with your needs I see a person named 'owner' responding to the queries but nothing is done- there are complaints there since 2020, and all I have read remind me of similar experience, this is 2021! It's ridiculous"

"This is the absolute worse 7 Eleven I've ever been to, so terrible that I felt the need to leave a bad review for this place. This place is nasty and the attitude these workers give are nastier, even when asked a simple question. Too many beggers around, which I guess is normal for 7 Eleven's around my area but c'mon, there was a begger trying to charge me for holding the door opening when I was trying to go inside, then insulted me for not paying him for holding the door open when I was leaving. (Even if I wanted to spare him some change I only had card)"
