I placed a phone order on a Thursday, 12-07-2023 with Steve and Steve processed my order very quickly and was smooth in demeanor. I placed a second phone order on Friday, 12-08-2023 with Steve and again Steve processed my order quickly and smoothly. I received all my items pretty quick and was impressed with the delivery time and especially my new Ultrasound machine and Applicators. My order ended up being short an item and I called Just Medical Store the follow day and spoke with Steve and explained to him that my order was short an item. "UPDATE 11/10/2023: It has been 10 months since I purchased a PORTABLE suction machine from Just Medical. It is basically a plug-in unit only at this point. The battery doesn't hold any kind of charge. I tried to work with the company to get it fixed, but they wanted me to send it in for repairs at my cost. When I told them I couldn't be without a suction machine, they suggested I buy a new one from them for full retail price. They then tried to pressure me to remove my review about them because they said they provided good customer service! Actually, this company is garbage! If they really were interested in treating their customers honestly, they would have shipped me a new suction machine that actually works, like I paid for. Then they would have allowed me to return the piece of junk that they sent me at their shipping cost! Poor customer service! Steer clear of this company!!!!! Original Review: I purchased a suction machine from Just Medical and within four months, the battery quit holding a charge. Now, five months later, it doesn't really work unless it is plugged into the wall. Of course, the battery only had a warranty for 90 days. So it is no longer covered. So much for buying a portable suction machine when it has to be tied to the wall plugged in! Disappointing!"
