"Two girls were working 1:30 on 5-24. I’m grateful they were nice employees. Ive been traveling and had a long few days, my daughter has been grumpy. We came to the store, and my kid started crying over toys, and the worker blew up a balloon and asked if she could give it to my daughter. This made a world of difference for us, and I wanted to say I appreciate the kindness. Some days you just don’t know how far a little act of kindness goes. Also to add this 7-11 is usually great, no issues."

"Don't go to this location. There's this fat, blonde woman behind the counter with a serious attitude problem. Other customers have complained about her and nothing ever gets done to formally discipline her. She is rude and disrespectful and constantly yells at people. I refuse to come back here until this moron gets fired or quits."

"***The Employees handled this GREAT--!!!! How can such a worldwide company have a giant promotion and not have there systems work. This is a total embarrassment to both the Patrons and the Employees. I pour a cup of coffee and your app does not work (on several people) and then the employee has to ask the customer to pay for it. *****Really 7-Eleven you need to apologize to your franchise employees. Date 10/115/15 Location 383 Smithtown Blvd, Nesconset, NY 11767 Employee - If you had to pay for my coffee, comment back and I will come in and pay for it...You should not have to, because your Franchise is so damn cheap..!!!!"
