"Amazing store with amazing service. They were quick to reply to my questions and very friendly through the whole process. I found some speakers on sale from another online DJ store, and they were happy to price match. When there was some uncertainty about the stock of the speakers (caused by the manufacturers and not DJ Supply Store), I could tell that team at DJSS made a ton of effort to learn about what's going on, ensure that I got my speakers as soon as possible, and kept me in the loop. I literally had the speakers arrive at my door after just one day of ordering. Thank you DJSS for the top notch service!"

"I feel it's important to share my experience to ensure transparency of what your getting into when ordering with this group. Three years ago, I placed an order for Acu Spots from this company, but received Acu Beams instead. Although I already had some beams, I accepted the mistake and decided to keep them. I then chose to use a different company for subsequent purchases due to this initial error. Recently, I decided to give this company another chance and ordered white speakers. However, they arrived in black. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told that the manufacturer must have made the mistake. However, after further investigation, it became clear that the error was on their end, not the manufacturer's.They forwarded me an email with them stating they ordered the wrong color of speaker. The whole reason I called this company was because they had WHITE SPEAKERS. They assured me that once I returned the incorrect speakers, they would promptly replace them with the correct ones and have them to me by May. While their emails have been apologetic and somewhat professional, the promised timelines have not been met. I returned the items more than two weeks ago, with tracking confirming their delivery 2 weeks ago. Despite assurances of updates and prompt replacement, I have yet to receive the correct speakers, even though May begins tomorrow. While I believe their products are of high quality, the overall customer experience has been lacking. I would caution against ordering over the phone and recommend opting for local pickup if possible."

They claim to sell 'new' factory-sealed equipment, but it's actually refurbished or used.After purchasing the RCF Evox 12…they refused to replace it or take any responsibility by ignoring my emails and making the time go by to Avoid at all costs… trust me it took me almost 10 MONTHS to resolve this case!!…"

"The DJ Supply Store is a hidden gem. Justin went above and beyond in terms of customer service. He called and texted with me minutes before closing on a Friday to help determine which model of lasers would work best for my application, and to find stock available and ready to ship with the manufacturer. He followed up the next Monday and made me a deal at an unbeatable price for exactly what I was looking for. The entire transaction was done online since I'm in CA and they're in NY. The products arrived in the timeline they were promised, just in time for my event! It was a huge success, thanks in part to Justin's help. The only suggestion I have is to add your business address to your website to increase authenticity for online/out-of-state transactions like these. I discovered DJSS via search engine, and wanted to confirm this E-tailer was legit before spending thousands of dollars — which indeed it is! Looking forward to doing business again in the future."
