"It was yesterday night I try to buy some lottery. So I went in with my friend bought one lottery ticket, it end up I didn’t win. So I came to this guy bought another one, it end up I didn’t win anything. And the third time when I try to buy he told me I can’t do that, I’m like what do you mean, so he says I can’t buy one lottery tickets at a time. So I’m confused I say why? Is there a law says I can’t do that. And he say is the 7-11 law. And I laughed because I buy lottery at 7-11 so many times it never happens. So I try to argue that I’m using my money to lottery I buy however I want i can spend $10 or $1 at a time u have no control of my money. And then because I talk back to him so he kick me out of the store. I’m speechless and wordless. Who hired this guy? He cant do any customer service."

"Would give this place a 0 if I could. Stopped quickly to get some beverages (around $4 is what I spent). I give the guy at the counter a $20 bill, and for change he gave me a dollar. After I told him I gave him a $20 and that this is the incorrect amount of change, he insisted that I gave him a $5. I argued with him for a few minutes until a guy working next to him said that he'd go check the security cameras. 10 minutes later, the guy comes back and tells him that I gave him a $20 (like I've been saying). So he gives me a dirty look as he hands me the correct amount of change. No apologies. No nothing for wasting my time. I highly advise you stay away from this location. Never have I ever dealt with an employee who was so rude towards the customer."
