"Up until today, I’d have given them 6 stars. But after years of shopping in their store, I had to ask for an exchange on a defective toy, and boy was that an experience! I was berated and told I’d been abusive to the toy(absolutely untrue), and while one of the women was so sweet, the other literally slammed the replacement toy down on the counter. I’ll miss the kind woman, but I won’t tolerate such treatment. Shame on her."
"Please shop local and support this incredible store! Recently I stopped by The Learning Tower to purchase birthday gifts for my 5 and 7 year old nieces. The two extremely knowledgeable women working helped me choose the perfect games for my shy niece. These games help with reading, thinking and promote speaking to other players. It’s so nice to walk into a store where the staff knows the product, makes really good recommendations, and are able to answer all of my questions."
