"This place may call themselves the vine authority but they are hardly the authority on anything! The customer service is the worst if you have a question you can’t count on the woman with the dark hair and nasty personality behind the counter. I asked her a simple question and she pointed to the wall where the Prosecco was. It wasn’t that she was busy she was standing around doing nothing. Shop elsewhere is my suggestion!"
"I waited to review this place, but sadly their rudeness and condescension was not limited to my first two visits. I tried to shop there out of convenience but was completely put off by their lack of customer service. If you want to be judged and/ or ridiculed for your wine choice then by all means visit The Wine Authority. Otherwise, go anywhere else and get what you are looking for!"
"Wine selection is great, I guess. Staff ignores you so don’t go here if you have questions. I like the place on 25A by the sushi place and stop and shop the best. Much friendlier"
