"i loved the jewelry at breathe. i has plans to go buy some more, then right before i left my house to go to breathe with my aunt and cousin, my brand new bracelet i got from breathe a week prior, broke . no problem i was going back to the store anyways. i ask the lady if i can exchange my bracelet, because i had just bought it for $15 and it broke super fast! she said no i can’t exchange it and i can’t even get a discount to buy another one.. i bought the broken bracelet in a bag to show hee, she literally told me to remake my own bracelet. we all had intentions of buying new jewelry there. but since she didn’t wanna let me exchange my bracelet for another one since her jewelry is overpriced, but cheap and breaks easily, none of us bought a damn thing. and me my aunt and cousin we like to shop so we were all gonna spend a couple hundred in the store. so you just lost out on a extra couple hundred dollars just for being a greedy business person."
