"Crashed my bike in a race, had light damage to the brake track of one of my carbon wheels. I wasn't sure if it was safe to continue riding, or if it could be/needed repair. They went the extra mile and actually took my wheel to some local carbon specialists for an opinion. Said the wheel was safe to ride, and they didn't charge me anything for having taken the wheel to a different place for inspection. That's above & beyond service in my book. I've also done a few tune ups here and the work is good."

"have been troubleshooting an issue with my 1977 BMW r60/7 for quite some time. I made several calls to Bill at Rocky Point and he was extremely helpful in determining whether it really had a Carb issue or not. Post purchase I made several calls to him during the setup process and he equally as helpful after my purchase. More importantly my bike has never ran this good. I am sure this bike shop is also great - however this review was for Rocky Point (Motorcycle) Cycle in Hudson MA"
