"Such great customer service is rare! I needed to have balloons delivered to my grandson for his 3rd birthday.(I do not live in the area.) Normally, the shop does not deliver, but they made an exception because my daughter’s house is not too far from the store, and delivered the balloons in person at 9am on his birthday. Needless to say, my grandson was thrilled! Highly recommend."
