"Bought a Queen Bed. Movers came on Saturday (after I called 2-3 times to get a specific timeframe) and even then they were a half hour late. The install was timely, but as they brought the box spring mattress in, they damaged my hallway with big scratches and made 2 holes in my wall because they were getting frustrated on not being able to fit it. (My previous bed was also queen) I personally wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to buy a bed or anything here as your house may get damaged even if your watching them closely."

"Extremely professional and friendly customer service. They have the highest quality merchandise for the best price and they made sure I was satisfied when I left the store and finished shopping. Definitely recommend and will definitely come back and shop again with my family."

"Horrible store. Horrible service. They promised a date and time, Took the FULL AMOUNT of money and then didn't deliver. I waited all day on day #1 with no communication unless I called them. Then they gave me a fake story about someone in charge being sick an not coordinating the delivery time. When I called for the 10th time I overheard her saying she "forgot " about us. Then they come at 9pm with only parts not a full bed. My child had to sleep on the floor with no bed. Then day #2 they made me wait all day AGAIN an only after multiple calls FINALLY they sent the rest of my bed late. Once here, the drivers made a huge mess, slamming tools everywhere an left without telling me the bed was assembled an leaving behind the mess. I was going to purchase 3 more bed sets I liked at this store but after this I will NEVER purchase from them. Buyer beware. And I'm reporting them to the better business bureau."
