"Sherpa, the cashier that I often come across when I shop at this local 7-Eleven is the best connivence store clerk that I have EVER met. Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise. Whatever he is getting payed should be increased drastically as he provides great customer service and means more than just a 7-Eleven worker to me."

"This store is under new management and you can tell the difference. A couple of weeks ago both guys behind the counter were talking amongst themselves and dint care that i was looking for something. Trying to give this store a second chance the guy at the register was on his phone and neglected his customers. The man in front of me who was purchasing a cup off coffee turned to me and said he couldn't believe how long it took to ring up a coffee. Terrible customer service."

"Poor attitude towards customers. Poor selection. The place is unsanitary and theres bugs behind the slurpee machine and flies flying around. The coffee is watered down, and they have the poorest selection of coffee I have seen in any store. They mix expired candy bars with new shipments, and pawn it off to the customer. Food is often undercooked, or has been sitting out for days and tastes like rubber. I picked up a magazine and was flipping through it while my sister was getting a coffee, and she had the nerve to say "This is not a library. Either you buy or you go" After spending hundreds of dollars at her store, she had the nerve to come at me with that line? We left and never came back. The heffer is so lazy, she doesn't even get off her chair when she is serving customers. Good riddance, When will 7 11 take this store back and kick them out ?"
