"First of all, my biggest advice don’t have Jolene to be your sales person. Horrible horrible horrible customer service by all means. Doesn’t relay any messages between us and the manager and our installation process hasn’t even finished since August because of her. Also if you want to have your shades tilted and long from one side and short from the other side; looking like that picture hire Blindes to go. Worst experience ever!! Blaming the windows for not being even!! Seriously a joke!!"

"Alfred is a great installer. He was very careful while doing all 4 windows individually and gave me choices where to put the hardware showing me which place would be better for aesthetic purposes. I was amazed how little time it took for him to do such a wonderful job."

"I do not like to write negative reviews. However, in this case, I felt compelled to do so. This is because we have spent thousands of dollars on what we now realize is a low-quality product from a company with poor customer service, and I don’t want others to go through the same experience. My wife and I were seeking custom blackout shades for our children’s rooms (with an emphasis on “blackout”) to ensure that the rooms could be used for daytime naps. We made our objective very clear throughout the consultation process, and we were assured that the blinds we had selected would achieve the darkness that we needed. To our dismay, after the installation was completed, it was clear that our custom blinds were not blackout at all. Some of the shades had visible lines of light coming through the material itself, and ALL of the shades were installed in a manner that allowed a significant amount of light to enter the room – there is more than a one-inch gap between the window and the shade! A few of the shades were also cut unevenly, or cut too short (or not installed properly). When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the company, we were told “These are custom shades, there are no refunds”, and “Merchandising said that was normal”, and “The only thing you can do is get drapery panels to cover the gaps”, none of which were satisfactory or even actionable responses. We tried calling the company directly to speak with a manager, and never received a call back. Then they gave us the run around again, saying the manager was on vacation. I am convinced that they are just hoping we drop it altogether. If you are in the market for custom blinds, please consider a different company. Otherwise, you may end up thousands of dollars in the hole, having to decide whether to live with a low quality solution, or spend thousands more dollars to replace them. Sincerely, Robbed Blind"
