"I cannot tell you how upset that I used them. They left a nail exposed on the bottom a piece of furniture and it scratched my floors. I told them and they said they would be more careful in the future, not anything about recompense for the damage to my floors. They directed me to a lighter fabric and it is stained. They did not deliver on time. They did not only do a bad job they actually did damage to my home. In only a few months after spending thousands of dollars with them, I will need to have everything redone. Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE."
