"Paul, Phil, their family and staff could have not been more accommodating, helpful, friendly and courteous towards our students and myself. I am a local Special Education Teacher and the staff at Wilkes allowed us to have a mini field trip. They gave us the history of their deli, demonstrated how to use their machines and grill, took questions from students and allowed them to make a sandwich to bring back to school for lunch that day. The students had a blast! I feel the staff did as well. They went above and beyond for us! I could not thank them enough! If you are in the area, Wilkes Deli in Mahwah is the place to check out on your lunch break! Thank you again Wilkes! -Mr. Scillieri's class"
