Dana, the sales associate, was busy with another costumer at that time, but, she was really nice and polite enough to acknowledge me and let me know she’ll be with me in a second. From the first moment, she helped and suggested me different options of what I was looking for. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything I didn’t like, like sometimes happens in different stores. I love their promotions, their little gifts and the fact that team members know the products. I'm excited to see that the spa is opening up soon! Can't wait to get a facial. Also, the Osea rep that visits is amazing and knows so much about the Osea products and how to use them. I feel like I always learn something when I visit, walk away with great products, and a few new tricks. This has also become my go to for presents since the products can't be beat and they do a great job of wrapping the gift--whether it's for a birthday or house-warming.
