"Dealing with the death of a loved one is a time when you are not thinking clearly. The director I worked with was compassionate and understanding. No high pressure. She gave suggestions when I was in a quandary as to what to do. The memorial service ran overtime and not once were we told to wrap it up so they could go home. They went out of their way to make things perfect."

"Very kind and helpful, but not robotic-like and still very human. They had snacks and water for people who felt lightheaded, and even let our family use a side room if we needed to sit and recuperate. They're also friendly and do have a good sense of humor about the name, I assure you. They also put up with a large portion of my extended family and their "shenanigans", which is a feat if anything. I'm usually not one for the type of interior in many funeral homes, but I did enjoy the coziness of this one, and the original artworks they had displayed. Thank you all for making a very arduous week end sweetly."
